Southeast Space Frame Ranks Among Top 100 National High-Tech Enterprises in Zhejiang Province by Innovation Capability

Recently, the 2019 Zhejiang Provincial National High-Tech Enterprises Development Conference was held in Hangzhou, where lists including the "2019 Top 100 National High-Tech Enterprises in Zhejiang Province by Innovation Capability" were released. Zhejiang Southeast Space Frame Co., Ltd. ranked 55th on the list.

A total of 11,815 enterprises participated in the evaluation this time. According to the 2019 Evaluation Report on the Innovation Capability of Top 100 National High-Tech Enterprises in Zhejiang Province released on the same day, the top 100 enterprises generally demonstrated characteristics such as high investment enthusiasm, sufficient development momentum, new-old enterprise replacement, and potential stimulated by healthy competition. During the conference, Zhang Weixing, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, pointed out in his speech that as a key province in scientific and technological innovation, Zhejiang has advantages and conditions including a developed private economy, abundant private capital, and vigorous technological innovation activities among enterprises.

Zhejiang Southeast Space Frame Co., Ltd. owns the industry’s first national-level enterprise technology center, national postdoctoral research workstation, national demonstration academician expert workstation, Zhejiang provincial enterprise research institute, and other innovation platforms. It has developed ten core technologies, owns more than 150 types of products with independent intellectual property rights, and has obtained over 200 authorized patents. The company actively carries out industry-university-research cooperation and has established long-term strategic cooperative relationships with universities and research institutions such as Zhejiang University.

The company has undertaken a number of iconic domestic and international projects, including the 500-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope (China’s "FAST"), the National Aquatics Center ("Water Cube"), the Canton Tower ("Xiaomanyao"), all venues of the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Expo Center, the Costa Rica National Stadium, and the Venezuela National Convention Center. It has won more than 300 awards such as the Luban Award, the Zhan Tianyou Award, and the National Quality Project Award.
